Maxim is responsible for the Company’s strategic management and oversees its key projects. He has been part of the Horizon CF team since 1996, helping to establish, shape, and grow the Company.
Maxim is a top-level expert in investor relations and corporate governance.
He has participated in the creation and development of the shareholder and investor relations system at a string of Russian companies and has provided an expert contribution to proposals to regulate trading in depositary receipts, as well as to the draft Corporate Governance Code.
